Tail Trade Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the Tail Trade Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (the "Partner") agree to them. The Program is run on Dub Partners.
1. Eligibility
- Participation requires an approved application. Tail Trade reviews every application and may accept or decline any applicant without giving a reason.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You may hold only one Partner account.
2. How referrals are tracked
- Each Partner receives unique referral links. A user becomes your "Referred User" when they click your link and then sign up for a Tail Trade account.
- Attribution is handled by Dub's tracking. Tail Trade's records are final in case of any dispute about attribution.
- A Referred User is attributed to one Partner only. Users who already had a Tail Trade account before clicking your link do not count.
3. Commissions

- The first-deposit reward is paid once per Referred User.
- Revenue share is calculated on trading fees actually collected by Tail Trade, net of any reversed or refunded amounts.
- Tail Trade may change reward amounts for future activity. Changes are announced in the Partner dashboard or by email before they take effect.
4. Holding period and payouts
- Commissions stay pending for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. During this period Tail Trade reviews activity and may cancel commissions that violate these terms.
- Payouts are sent through Dub Partners to the payout method you connect there. You are responsible for completing any identity and tax forms Dub requires.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
5. Prohibited activity
The following are not allowed and void any related commissions:
- Referring yourself, or accounts you own or control
- Creating or encouraging multiple accounts per person
- Accounts that deposit and withdraw without real trading activity, or any scheme built to collect rewards rather than bring real users
- Bots, click farms, incentivized clicks or any artificial traffic
- Spam, including unsolicited DMs, emails or mass posting
- Misleading claims, such as guaranteed profits or risk-free trading
- Presenting yourself as Tail Trade or as an official representative
- Bidding on "Tail Trade" or similar brand terms in paid search ads without written approval
- Promoting Tail Trade where it is not available or where promotion would break local law
6. Fraud and termination
- Tail Trade may review any activity, cancel commissions linked to activity that breaks these terms, and recover commissions already paid for that activity.
- Tail Trade may suspend or remove any Partner at any time. Commissions from valid activity earned before removal are paid, except in cases of fraud.
- You may leave the Program at any time.
7. Changes
Tail Trade may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept it.
